Missing Parts
I just purchased an item and it is missing a part. What do I do?
If you purchased the item within the last 30 days and there are parts missing from a factory sealed package, please return the item with your receipt to the retailer for an exchange. If the retailer is unable or unwilling to assist you, please send us a message that includes the following: Part needed -Date of purchase -Place of purchase -Item number, which is five digits and can be found on the box on the barcode and follows 086786. Please note, we do not have replacement parts for all items. Parts that are available are limited in quantity.
I purchased an item as a display, after season or beyond 90 days and it is missing a part. What do I do?
Gemmy Industries no longer stocks replacement parts for items that are beyond the current year. However, we do have an Independent vendor that may have the part that you need. Please email to see if they are able to assist you.
