We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with a strong Microsoft 365 and Azure, networking, desktop and server administration and management. A never-ending, self-driven thirst for ongoing knowledge and development makes one an ideal candidate.   • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, Windows and macOS workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. Show ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve end-user technical support issues quickly and accurately
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networking.
  • Install all new technology including Microsoft and Apple operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware
  • Perform regular maintenance such as network and server upgrades, computer systems, computers, printers, network systems, and any other technical equipment
  • Planning, configuring, and installing Unifi networking equipment
  • Administer new and existing user accounts using Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including email addresses, access levels, and applications to new and current employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently
  • Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
  • Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
  • Ability to organize work, establish priorities, meet established deadlines, and follow up on assignments with little-to-no supervision or direction
  • Write clear, detailed documentation
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Know when to ask for help
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 5-10 years system and network administration experience
  • System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft, Apple or other network related fields are a plus. Here are some certifications we'd like you to have or achieve:
    • Microsoft 365 - MD-100, MS-100
    • Microsoft Azure - AZ-104
    • Apple Device Support
    • Any CompTIA certification
  • Proficiency in both Windows and macOS desktop and server operating systems
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols 
  • Experience in remote monitoring and management tools and Powershell/Unix scripting
