Orchestra of Lights Users,


We want to sincerely apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing and assure you our team is working around the clock to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

As you well know, app updates for Orchestra of Lights have rendered 2021 and 2022 Hubs inoperable (and possibly others prior to 2023), resulting in your Orchestra of Lights products not working properly. We feel this failure deeply and, again, are doing everything we can to resolve it as soon as possible. Long-term solutions are also being discussed and reviewed as we speak. As soon as we have more information, we will post updates here, within the app, and on our social media.

We are currently compiling a list of everyone who will need a replacement Hub. If you have not already, please go to the OOL app settings and select “Report a Problem”. Type “Replace Hub” and submit. In the meantime, we are diligently working on an app update that will resolve issues for anyone with a workable Hub.

Again, we extend our heartfelt apologies for this failure in the midst of the holiday season. We value our customers and always strive to create the best holiday experiences on the market. Thank you for your patience as we work nonstop to ensure Orchestra of Lights remains a source of joy and celebration. Stay tuned for further updates.
